Certificated training on systems administration is preferred.Working knowledge of web and client server application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures.Advanced knowledge shell scripting and troubleshooting of Apache/NGINX Web Server, PHP/Tomcat Application Server and Oracle/Mysql/PostgreSQL/MongoDB Database Systems.LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, 802.1Q trunks).Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues.A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.Extensive knowledge of Solaris and LINUX system administration, VMware Virtualization and enterprise storage management.Must be willing to work under pressure and has strong ability to take ownership of timeliness.Must be highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive internal information.Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior System Administrator.Capable of writing in clear and precise English.College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses.
